ThetaNoon Directory Just Got A New Look
We are glad to announce that since this morning, the ThetaNoon solar energy systems directory has a new look. We got a lot of valuable input for our users, and implemented some of the changes you requested.
ThetaNoon is now easier to navigate, less cluttered, and focuses on what ThetaNoon does best: provide valuable information for anyone interested in solar energy systems - solar panels, water heaters and other solar technologies.
Some of the new features we included:
- Directory browser - a table providing immediate access to all solar energy systems monitored by ThetaNoon. The systems are grouped together by system type - silicon solar panels, thin-film solar panels, water heaters and concentrating solar. An image thumbnail provides a quick idea on how the systems looks. If you want to get more information on a specific system, simply click it’s row in the table, and the additional information will appear in a new tab.
- News - We will be updating the Thetanoon directory with news snippets, either from this blog, or from any other interesting source. All news are related to solar energy, of course.
- Useful links - Links to useful resources can be found in the bottom right side of the screen. Amongst the links, you can find links to the Tetanoon official Facebook application (called I-SEA), and the Google gadget. Their purpose is to help anyone interested in solar energy increase awareness amongst his friends and sire visitors.
We plan additional improvements in user experience, such as building a tree browser, categorized by country.
If you have any feedback, please go to the Contact Us page and leave us a message. And as always, we suggest you register to our RSS feed, to get all the latest news about solar energy systems.
